Approved mentors complete Hive licensing and framework training.

You’re paid for your time during each session.

Licensing & Standards

All Hive mentors must complete licensing before activation.

Licensing ensures:

  • Alignment with the CPPF capability framework
  • Consistent mentoring quality across the platform
  • Clear expectations around cadence, conduct, and documentation
Licensing details, timelines, and costs (if applicable) are shared only after approval.
